RACE LICENCE

Everyone is required to have a race licence to enter events. Family membership includes all members of the household. Family licences – please allow one day after purchase to see all family member status updated.
RACE NUMBERS – all reserved numbers are held until Feb 28th. At this time if a licence has not been renewed these numbers will be released into the pool on March 1st. If there is a name beside a number, it is reserved. No duplicates. It is the sole responsibility of each rider to confirm their race number. The registrar will not be responsible for manually assigning numbers.

All Yearly Single & Family licence purchases will available ONLINE only. Yearly race licences will not be available to purchase on-site at the race events.

*AMSA Offroad License holders are eligible to race in Second Gear Club races. Riders who have a Second Gear Club license must also purchase an AMSA Offroad license to race the AMSA Offroad series
**PLEASE NOTE – We are not associated with the motocross side AMSA MX or MRC. Our licence is for offroad racing only and we do not honor those memberships.

- All race sites are cash only. No cards/cheques.
- Preregistration and online license sales closes on the Tuesday before the race at 8:00pm MDT.
- Non-Member Race Day fees include a Day License. Day licenses are for those who don’t want to buy a yearly license and would like to pay per event. No top ups to a full license.

We will no longer be providing physical annual race license cards at the first event you attend. The registration team will be confirming that you have a pre-purchased race license based on a printed list of licensed riders from our registration system.

HELPFUL TIP – Bring proof of purchase or take a screenshot of your purchased annual license to the first event you attend just in case our registration team has trouble locating the record on race day. We are operating in remote environments without internet access and we may have trouble verifying your annual license registration online in the event the printed list is missing your name
RACE WAIVER
WE’VE GONE DIGITAL!
This means you will be prompted to sign your race waiver online at the time of pre-entry. Anyone entering on race day will be using a tablet. This means less paperwork for our volunteers to store for years.
